Expo 2020 Dubai was a groundbreaking mega project that brought together nations to explore the themes of sustainability, mobility, and opportunity. The project involved extensive planning, execution, and real-time data tracking, making project analytics a key tool for ensuring success. Through this case study, I gained valuable insights into the use of project management tools like EVM, KPIs, and big data analysis to navigate challenges and measure performance.
