Sales Force Attrition Analysis resulting in 5% reduction: Metro Group
At Metro Group, I received high acknowledgment from national heads and CXOs delivering such an analysis for the first time in the history of the firm. the analysis was about why attrition is happening, either CTC or incentive earnings. further to the analysis, what employees deem as reason for attrition was also reported. way forward to improve the CTC of experienced customer consultants and to devise new incentives earnings scheme were recommended to the board.
